Music Lessons
The process of learning an instrument is an absolutely fun process. Learning and playing an instrument increases brain power and functionality, resulting in boosted IQ, improved concentration, development for young adults, enhancing fine and gross motor skills and sensory development. Young adults who study music perform better in school. They get higher grades, have improved literacy, and are 24% more likely to graduate. In fact, students highly engaged in music are, on average, academically over one year ahead of their peers! Positive attributes learned through music–making, such as confidence, independence, perseverance, leadership, and personal responsibility, prepare you for life-long success.
Our courses
Guitar/Bass/Ukulele Lessons
Guitar lessons provide excellent improve finger coordination and flexibility. While playing the guitar, you will learn various ways of playing, such as strumming or picking it either with your fingers or a guitar pick. You will learn how to play your favourite tunes may it be acoustic or electric, from pop tunes such as Ed Sheeran to heavy riffs and solos to Metallica. Our lessons are flexible and tailored to individual student's pace whether you're learning guitar for leisure, or if you are looking to sign up for grade music exams. Our lessons are available in 4, 8 and 12 enrolment packages for students to choose from.
Theory Lessons
Learning music theory allows musicians to recognize patterns in music and become fluent readers of notated music. By understanding the structure and form of the music they're performing, they can access harmonic memory and recount large sections of music from memory, and being able to improve improvisational skills. It’s always a good thing to be able to understand something that you play instinctively.
Music Production Course
Our music production course allows students to understand the basics of music production and the use of the Digital Audio Workstation. You will learn how to produce, record, edit, mix and master music in various styles. You will also learn basic MIDI arrangement, using virtual instruments standalone to create music or altogether with recorded instruments.
